Salt = half a teaspoon

Ajwain = 1 tsp

Desi ghee or refined oil = 50 grams

Mustard oil = 2 tablespoons

Potato = 4 large boiled and peeled

asafoetida = a pinch

Crushed coriander = 1 tsp

Saunf = 1 tsp

Black pepper = 8_10 finely crushed

Grated piece of ginger = 1inch

Green chili = 3 finely chopped

Green peas = 50 grams

Peeled peanuts = 2 tbsp

Vegetable masala = 1 tsp

Dry mango powder = 1 tsp

Kasuri fenugreek = 1 tsp

Red chili powder = 1 tsp

Turmeric powder = half a teaspoon

Black salt = half a teaspoon

Green coriander = a little

Will put two cups of all purpose flour in a bowl, which is about 300 grams (10-12 samosas can be prepared in this amount of all purpose flour)

Now we will put half a cup (50 grams) of desi ghee in it, if you do not want to add ghee, you can also add refined oil.
